Girly Things

Mimi, Diva and I went to Anchorage this weekend, because I was in desperate need for some work clothes….Yes….its true HONEY, I have worn jeans and t-shirts for the last 19 months! So of course an excuse to go to the big city! Of course it was time for the diva’s new set of pics….you know I have neglected her, JJ had his done religiously every 3 months. Anyway, she did wonderfully. She wore the dress mimi got her off of ebay for 13 bucks, and of course nobody could believe this. She was “on” she did her ‘THANG” This picture I have of JJ, at the same age in this very chair. It is one of my favorites and now I have matching!

Of course don’t think JJ was left out…he spent the weekend with the men…Uncky Reck and Poppa were at his beckon call. He went out for dinner and breakfast (yes Reck is a bachelor) and went fishing and helped Reck pull in a nice fat red. I bought him the majority of his school clothes, (he wasn’t impressed except for the batman shirt) but his treasure was the fantastic 4 stretch character…(reminicent of the old “stretch armstrong”, oh and of course the 2 pounds of bluberries I found at Sams…he is in heaven.

Anyway, I have to go to bed, tomorrow is another 13 hour day, so I must get my rest.

So I had to buck up and go back to the Specialist today, he comes down from Anchorage once a month. He chuckled when I told him that I would never have another cystoscopy EVER!!! Which is by far the most horrible test I have ever had done on me, even far passing the Blood Gas test (which says alot). He actually is very sweet, so you have to forgive the man. This appointment was to follow up on my Ultrasound on my Kidneys. The Radiologist thinks my Kidneys are thin. Dr. says it’s not too bad, but he is running a Kidney panel…and the good news is that I dont have to see him again until fall! So deep breath and a great Thank you Lord for that one.

Also, Coco pottied outside today 3 times!!!!! YIPPEE MAYBE IT WILL WORK AFTER ALL!
