Girly Things

Missy Diva, in her shopping Saturday finery….had to go get Bubba’s school supply’s and we all know how Diva LOVES to Shop! This is Mimi’s fairy/butterfly garden, and Poppa built the brick walkway so mimi wouldn’t step on the fairy’s.

JJ was SO excited! He met his new teacher and got a “Pet” mealworm, that he named (okay everyone guess…JR) he even made it a playpen the second day of school. He even thank God, said he sat with someone at lunch, but he didn’t talk to them, but maybe with time, let’s just pray. He still seems just to respond mostly to his sister, or himself, but hey he has come a long way baby this summer. Diva is so sad that she will miss her bubby today…as he keeps telling her that he love’s her “best of all” because he asked for her”.

Okay, I know I have two of her right now but I have been waiting to get a picture of this girls TRUE smile forever! It seems both of my kids know how to “CHEESE” I want to share the real thing…this is my beutifull girls REAL smile…and I couldn’t help it. We are growing the front of her hair out since she finally is getting some in.

All in all back to school has went really well, the kids just sailed right thru it. I have only made a few errors already second day, not too bad right?

Okay so Big News!!!!

Miss Diva is totally in panties! In school and everything! Thanks to Auntie she was pretty much potty trained a year ago with Zay Zay but she was so lazy when we would put her in a pull up she would be like “what ever, it doesn’t matter” and of course the backfalll of a working mom is I can’t be as consitant as a stay at home mom, and I have kept her in pull ups for the most part for the last year. Well, after noticing the laziness trend I got fed up and decided it was time…..we are on 8 days now with such success even at school! We are so proud of her! She is even getting up in the middle of the night to potty, I am so proud! Thank you Auntie!
JJ is with his Gparents since yesterday he was so excited to go, visiting relatives from Michigan.
Oh and get this the sweet wife that I am I bought my sweet man a pedicure for his birthday (don’t tell him I told you all) he was shall I say, NOT IMPRESSED at all he opened his card and was like “WHAT?? I DONT THINK I WANT TO GO?? REALLY IS THIS A JOKE?” Well I ended up pulling the “I will get you another present if you just GO”….his feet are so bad, he works on his feet all day long for hours, I just wanted to give him something nice, So now I am searching for another present….he went…his quote….”I guess it wasn’t so bad…my feet feel soft.” GRUMBLE GRUMBLE Anyone out there think pedicures are Bad? Helo sweet man, I love you and wan’t to PAMPER YOU!
Anyway, life is going on, I am trying my best to be everywhere I need to be, I am failing in my standards, and everyone tells me to lay off of myself, let something go and I am not willing…I am trying my best…not suceeding but strugling with my own standards, but I will keep at it until I can be the best I can be for everyone I love….. To all I love: thank you for bearing with me……I am gonna get there, I swear….

I have so neglected this for my man and all, I am so sorry! So much has happend it seems! First off Hunny bear gets to try his hand at being a cook! He is allready a Bull cook but he gets to try his hand at night cook/baker. He is kind of worried but I am so happy for him! He is an awesome cook and he loves experimenting so I know he will rock! Those men wont know what hit them when my man cooks them something incredible! He will be making the midnight supper, then all the bread and dinner roles and such and then breakfast and all the cookies and goodies! He will be so busy, but he loves cooking so he will fall hopefully blissfully asleep when hes done and then dream of me of course (right?)
I made it thru my first week of my new job, (SO DIFFERENT FROM BANKING!) I will say that people are interesting, I love people, I love talking and meeting new people, but I do have to say some are just not so nice as others. I don’t know why some people have to be grumpy just to be grumpy. I had a lady come in to the lobby and shout “someones blocking the driveway so i had to get out of my car!” WHAT? SO maybe that person was handicapped or old or anything, why bitch about it? does it really make you feel that much better? who knows.
JJ lost another tooth…he is so cute about it and such a sweet sugar. He has had some problems, hence why I haven’t had time to write much, but we are getting under control, he is doing awesome and is such a trooper, I am blessed he is such an honest little soul…I adore the boy.
Diva is Diva what can I say…nothing more…but “NO! I do it myself mommy!” or “bubba wants one too!” she is allways mothering him…too cute.
We also went to Washington to visit family, we of course got rained on all but 2 and a half days. Diva LOVED the ferry, she kept asking to go back on the boat! and of course she loved “13 corners” counted everyone of them…JJ visited his cousins and they got along fabulously as did Diva and Dillon. Nanny’s 80th birthday party pictures with all the grandkids and greatgrandkids missing of course Kirsten and Baby Mia as she was only a few days old and they weren’t able to travel yet, and Emily and Scotty as they were terribly sick, and of course Derek but next time we will get us all…how neat is this we had such a great time the kids just adore her.

Okay you all, JJ is 7 and almost a half and here is his first loose tooth! He is so excited he could hardly stand it and after a whole apple he had to ask for Poppy intervention…..4 tries after the slippery booger later out it comes without a hitch…no pain no nothing just a missing tooth in action….we sure hope the tooth fairy will understand our note that the tooth is GONE!!! tune in tomorrow to see…

Oh and by the way don’t say shit in front of a two year old….they will correct you and tell you “no momma shoooot!” in the Divas words……
